International Women’s Day

We're celebrating the wonderful women we have here at Warren Access

This International Women’s Day and National Women in Construction Week, we’d like to say a huge thank you to all the amazing women we have here at Warren Access.

On a day that is all about celebrating women, fighting discrimination and embracing equity, and during a week aimed at bringing more women into the male-dominated construction industry, we’re proud to say that over 50% of our team is female and that two senior positions within the company are held by women – Our Director Michelle Warren and our Operations Manager Nikki Hill. All our team members have also been through their working at height training and are certified IPAF MEWP Operators!

There is always more that we can do, though. With that in mind, our female team members are joining the conversation. Throughout the month, we’ll be running a series of interviews in which they share their experiences, talk about how and why they got into the industry, and discuss some of the challenges they have faced as women working within powered access.

So, keep your eyes peeled over the next couple of weeks to learn more about each of our wonderful women and how they help keep everything ticking over here at Warren Access.
