Sad and sudden passing of Founder Derek Warren

November 1939 - August 2023

Our hearts are filled with extreme sadness and grief as we announce the sudden passing of Derek Warren in the early hours of Sunday 20th August, after a short illness.

Founder of Warren Access, but also Dad, Husband, Father-in-law, Grandad, Brother and dear friend to so many, he touched the hearts of everyone he met. It is quite unthinkable that only three months ago, Derek was receiving his Civic Award in Alnwick and we were celebrating the 30th Anniversary of Warren Access.

Sadly, he has been taken from us at the age of 83. The world has lost a wonderful man and it will never be the same again. Anyone that knew Derek will agree that he was a selfless, true gentleman who made an impression on everyone he met.

He will be forever in our hearts and never forgotten. Rest in peace Derek.
