21m CTE Truck Mounted Platform

The 21.3JHL CTE truck mounted platform is straightforward to use, with simple and intuitive controls and a compact size for easy handling. This is the first semi-variable Zed21.3JHL mounted on the Iveco Daily. It boasts 10m of unrestricted outreach with a 300kgs basket capacity. The simplicity of the operations, big basket capacity and unrestricted outreach make this new model a very popular choice for the self-drive market.

Main features of this CTE truck mounted access platform:

Compact – With a GVW of 3,500kgs, this vehicle can be driven on a standard licence and takes up less space on the road or worksites.

Unrestricted working envelope – One capacity across the entire working envelope.

Double pantograph + telescopic boom with single extension + jib – This allows work vertically up a structure with the operation of just a single control. It also ensures no tail swing of the boom knuckle beyond the stabiliser width, which is very important when working in live traffic situations and confined spaces.  It has a ±120° turret rotation.

Increased lifting capacity – 300kgs, allowing two operators and equipment to work at height.

Engine start and stop controls  – Proportional, simultaneous electrohydraulic controls from the basket and the ground.

Outriggers – 4 hydraulic outriggers with ground pressure sensors: front stabilisers always extended and rear stabilisers in shape.

Automatic levelling – hydraulically actioned basket levelling.

Enclosed cables  – All cables and catenaries are inside the boom, eliminating the risk of getting caught and causing damage to property or the platform.

Fly jib – Easily passes obstacles and can be operated in hard to reach areas.
